Shipping

All products will be processed within 4-5 days. Shipping will be free for orders  above INR 999.

We deliver at all locations within India. International shipping is not available at the moment. 

Kindly note that shipping will take longer for areas beyond major cities and metros.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy of orders from the time you have received the package. To be eligible for a return, product(s) must be unused and in the original condition that you received them with the tags on and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of the item.

Damaged or Wrong products:

We request you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. When requesting for an exchange you will have to email us images of the product clearly showing the product condition within 48 hrs. of receiving the package, failing which we wont be able to initiate an exchange or refund.

To initiate a return, you can write to us at info@essentiallynomadic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refund

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have received and reviewed the returned item. If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your  original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
